After many successful operations and destruction of villains, the US government comes to the only conclusion — superheroes that protect our country and planet from enemies must obey laws of the United States and must have a ruler. Due to the inability to control superheroes, government and cities suffer many billionths of losses. From this moment, The Avengers are divided into two teams: Captain America is confident that The Avengers have always protected humanity and despite losses to the state, they saved millions of human lives, therefore only they can act outside the law, but Iron Man has a different opinion, heroes who don't obey laws of the United States, are enemies of the state. The Avengers team split, a civil war begins, chaos and continuous battles between Captain America and Iron Man. They fight among themselves and don't notice the threat that can kill tens of thousands of people. Villains aren't going to give up and want to destroy The Avengers by any means, or maybe The Avengers will destroy themselves in this epic civil war?
